Samosa Club memberships are intended to provide access to member pricing, promotions, and other membership benefits.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a membership has been activated, used, or any membership benefits have been redeemed.

Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a billing issue, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.

Technical Issues

​

If a technical issue prevented you from accessing membership benefits after purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue before considering a refund.

 

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time; however, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of membership fees already paid.
